Generic URL or gURL stands is a website link but is not unique from one individual to the next. So, Joe Smith and Jane Doe can both visit the landing page www.WantsMoreInfo.com and view the same information.
It will take the visitor to a landing page but unlike the portal used in a pURL, the landing page will not be personalized, it will be generic.
